I spent over two decades learning lessons the hard way, as an owner, a corporate manager, and a salesperson, before I ever coached anyone. To back that real-world experience with real training, I completed Accomplishment Coaching, an intensive, year-long, ICF-accredited coaching certification program. I learned so much about myself and turned everything I learned and lived through into a framework that actually works for others. Not just theory. Not just war stories. Both, together.

There was a time I felt like a hostage in my own business.
I'd been a technician in the beauty industry for over 10 years, and becoming an owner felt like the natural next step. Why not? I had the skill, the drive, the client relationships. But three years into ownership, I woke up and realized I was held hostage by my own business.
I had the vision. I thought I had clear goals. But I was drowning in chaos.
No systems. No SOPs. No recruiting strategy. No sales growth funnel. No plan for profitability. No boundaries. No balance. I was on a perpetual hamster wheel, pushing harder and losing myself in the process.
I hit rock bottom wearing my high heels the day I realized I literally had no more money left.
My Turning Point
Without money, I stepped out on faith and hired my business coach. She helped me organize my finances, gave me budgets to follow, created an excellent customer service cycle, and supported me with rebuilding my business with a fierce commitment to plan for growth over fear and perfection. For the first time, I wasn’t held hostage by my business; I was leading it.
Within a year, I wasn't just surviving; I was profitable, my team was making the money they deserved, and I finally understood something most owners never do: success isn't about strategy alone. It's about clarity, confidence, and a team culture aligned with your purpose.
I ran that business thriving, for the better part of two decades. And the longer I ran it, the more I realized: I didn't just love serving customers. I loved fixing the problems of the chaos, the fear, the hostage feeling for other leaders too.
That's the moment the D.N.A. Method was born, not from a textbook, but from twenty years of living it first.
When I’m not coaching, you will find me spending time with my plants and flowers. However, my most favorite is spending time with my grandkids playing and making crafts.
